Depression and anxiety appear to be two different people to emotional reactions. We usually do not associate the two disorders apart. But research has shown that depression and anxiety, in fact, many co-existence, harm their patients.
If you picture someone with depression you think about all the usual symptoms associated with it: hopelessness, despair, anger, fatigue, lack of willingness to become part of society and feel overwhelmed with everyday life. People who are depressed withdraw into themselves and try to cut all ties with the outside world to break.
Anxiety on the other side seems to happen for no reason. Feelings of fear and panic occurred in situations where most people would be perfectly calm. Anxiety attacks suddenly without warning and without any direct reason for them to happen. After the attack, some people began to live in fear of the attack itself, wondering when the next will occur. It was not long, and without treatment can be both anxiety and depression begin to see the lives of patients with a negative way by not allowing them hold jobs, a relationship, or even go out in the community (more…)
