There may be no healthier than drinking fresh vegetable juice on a regular basis. Fresh vegetables contain many nutrients, especially vitamins, minerals, enzymes and phytonutrients. Although fruits contain many nutrients, they tend to contain more sugar, too much can lead to diabetes, weight gain, heart disease and other diseases.
